Antique Vase Shard Pendants

These shards are 300-900 years old and one of a kind! For all you history buffs...the shards are from the ancient Chinese Imperial Era, specifically the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) to the Qing (Ching) Dynasty. In 1644, the Qing Dynasty ended and was the final Chinese Imperial Dynasty in history. During an archeologial dig in China, several old porcelain pottery factories were unearthed. They had been located along the Yangtze River in the Hubei Province and these shard pendants were made from broken pieces discovered in the dig.
The necklaces are all handcrafted by Colleen and set in sterling silver with a sterling clasp. The knotted suede cord is soft and delicate, sure to attract compliments from everyone! (You would be amazed at how many men notice these!) Because each one of these is unique, we ask that when ordering, you keep another one or two in mind in case two people order the same pendant at the same time. Don't be afraid to contact us with questions!
